WANT MY DOCTOR - WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I recently was given a invoice from my doctor and it clearly states that I need a client ID to settle the payment. However, I can't seem to locate this ID anywhere. I've examined my documentation thoroughly but it's just not there. Does anyone assist me on how to obtain this client ID so I can resolve my bill? Veradigm's Pay My Doctor Feature V
